Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy Before Arrival To cancel 48 hours notice must be given before the date of arrival. Any bookings cancelled before the required 48 hours notice will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation charge.
Any bookings not cancelled within the 48hrs required will incur the full first nights charge.

To cancel or amend bookings made for 3 nights or more, 4 days notice must be given prior to the date of arrival. Bookings that are not cancelled before the required 4 days will be charged 1 full nights’ accommodation, according to the rates in the booking.

Bookings cancelled within the required 4 days will be refunded in full minus a 10% cancellation charge. Non-arrivals will also incur 2 nights penalty charge. Full Payment is to be taken on arrival.

Once the payment is taken for the full duration of the stay The payment is non-refundable A security deposit of £250 per apartment maybe required per apartment and will be pre-authorized against a credit or debit card for the duration of the stay.
