All our apartments are non smoking, if smoke or the smell of smoke is found in your apartment you will be subject to a charge of £100.00 as the room will be off sale for 48hrs to be deep cleaned.

All keys must be returned intact and in working order. If they are lost, stolen or damaged you will be charged for the full cost of replacing the locks and any labor charges involved.

 If the apartment is soiled/damaged you will be charged for the amount that it will cost us to replace or clean the apartment (all apartments are pre-check before you enter the apartment and checked when you vacate it is the guest(s) responsibility to make sure the apartment is in the same working order when you check-out and must report any damages) this will be deducted from your £250.00 security deposit. You may not cause nuisance, disruption or any inconvenience to any other residence staying in the building. Failure to abide by these terms and conditions will result in immediate eviction and loss of your £250.00 security deposit.

The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure and failure to vacate your apartment at this time without notice, will result in charges.
